Compact System Cameras (CSC) are a relatively new type of camera. Although no real definitive name for these types of camera has been standardized. They are often called by one of many names including Mirrorless Interchangeable Lens Cameras (MILC), Electronic Viewfinder Interchangeable Lens Cameras (EVIL) and Mirrorless System Cameras (MSC).
